Chính sách này cho biết SamMedia thu thập dữ liệu gì, dùng để làm gì, giữ bao lâu và bạn xoá dữ liệu thế nào. Chính sách áp dụng cho website sammedia.page, công cụ Sam Douyin, hộp thư hotro@sammedia.page và SamChatbot.

SamChatbot là trợ lý tự động trả lời bình luận và tin nhắn trên các trang Facebook do SamMedia quản lý. Nó chạy qua ứng dụng Meta tên "SamChatbot".

1. Dữ liệu chúng tôi nhận

  • Website và Sam Douyin: link video bạn dán vào để xử lý. Bạn không cần tạo tài khoản. Lịch sử tải và lựa chọn MP4/MP3 chỉ lưu trong trình duyệt của bạn (localStorage), không gửi về máy chủ. Máy chủ có thể ghi nhật ký kỹ thuật (địa chỉ IP, thời gian, đường dẫn) để chống lạm dụng và sửa lỗi.
  • Thư gửi hotro@sammedia.page: địa chỉ email, tên, nội dung thư và tệp đính kèm của bạn.
  • SamChatbot: khi bạn bình luận trên bài viết hoặc quảng cáo, hay nhắn tin cho một trang Facebook do SamMedia quản lý, chúng tôi nhận qua API của Meta các thông tin sau:
    • tên hiển thị trên Facebook của bạn;
    • mã định danh theo trang (Page-scoped ID), chỉ dùng để gửi câu trả lời;
    • nội dung bình luận hoặc tin nhắn, kèm ảnh, bài viết hay link bạn gửi;
    • thời gian gửi.
    Chúng tôi không truy cập danh sách bạn bè, trang cá nhân hay bất kỳ dữ liệu nào ngoài cuộc trò chuyện của bạn với trang.

2. Chúng tôi dùng dữ liệu để làm gì

Dữ liệu chỉ dùng để trả lời bạn: hiểu câu hỏi, tìm đúng sản phẩm bạn hỏi, gửi link xem sản phẩm, tránh trả lời trùng và sửa lỗi.

Chúng tôi không bán hay cho thuê dữ liệu. Chúng tôi không dùng dữ liệu để quảng cáo nhắm mục tiêu và không dùng để huấn luyện mô hình AI.

3. Bên cùng xử lý dữ liệu

  • Meta Platforms (Facebook, Messenger): nơi diễn ra bình luận và tin nhắn.
  • Cloudflare: chạy website và lưu bản ghi của SamChatbot (Cloudflare Workers, D1).
  • Nhà cung cấp AI (cổng PremiumShop API, kết nối tới các mô hình ngôn ngữ lớn): nhận nội dung bình luận hoặc tin nhắn, tên hiển thị và ảnh bạn gửi để soạn câu trả lời. Nhà cung cấp này không nhận mã định danh Facebook của bạn.
  • Google (Gmail): hộp thư nhận thư hỗ trợ.
  • Shopee: khi bạn bấm vào link sản phẩm, Shopee xử lý dữ liệu theo chính sách của Shopee. Link có thể là link tiếp thị liên kết (xem Điều khoản).

Ngoài các bên trên, chúng tôi chỉ cung cấp dữ liệu khi pháp luật bắt buộc.

4. Thời gian lưu

  • Bản ghi của SamChatbot (nội dung bạn gửi, câu trả lời, tên hiển thị) tự xoá sau 30 ngày.
  • Thư hỗ trợ được giữ trong thời gian cần thiết để hỗ trợ bạn. Bạn có thể yêu cầu xoá bất cứ lúc nào.
  • Nhật ký kỹ thuật của máy chủ được giữ theo thời hạn mặc định của Cloudflare.
  • Bình luận và tin nhắn trên Facebook do Meta lưu. Bạn có thể tự xoá bình luận của mình trên Facebook.

5. Quyền của bạn và cách xoá dữ liệu

Bạn có quyền hỏi chúng tôi đang giữ dữ liệu gì của bạn, yêu cầu sửa hoặc yêu cầu xoá. Hãy gửi thư tới hotro@sammedia.page. Cách xoá dữ liệu có ở trang Hướng dẫn xoá dữ liệu.

6. Bảo mật

Mọi kết nối dùng HTTPS. Mã truy cập trang Facebook và khoá API được lưu dưới dạng bí mật mã hoá trên Cloudflare, chỉ người vận hành truy cập được.

7. Trẻ em

Dịch vụ không dành cho người dưới 13 tuổi. Nếu biết mình đã nhận dữ liệu của trẻ dưới 13 tuổi, chúng tôi sẽ xoá dữ liệu đó.

8. Thay đổi chính sách

Khi chính sách thay đổi, chúng tôi cập nhật ngày hiệu lực ở đầu trang này.

Privacy policy

Effective October 21, 2026

This policy explains what data SamMedia collects, why, how long we keep it and how you can delete it. It covers the website sammedia.page, the Sam Douyin tool, the mailbox hotro@sammedia.page and SamChatbot.

SamChatbot is an automated assistant that replies to comments and messages on Facebook Pages managed by SamMedia. It runs through the Meta app "SamChatbot".

1. Data we receive

  • Website and Sam Douyin: the video links you paste for processing. No account is needed. Download history and the MP4/MP3 choice stay in your browser (localStorage) and are never sent to our servers. Our servers may log technical data (IP address, time, path) to prevent abuse and fix errors.
  • Email to hotro@sammedia.page: your email address, name, message and attachments.
  • SamChatbot: when you comment on a post or ad, or message a Facebook Page managed by SamMedia, we receive the following through Meta's APIs:
    • your Facebook display name;
    • your Page-scoped ID, used only to send the reply;
    • the text of your comment or message, with any photos, posts or links you attach;
    • the time it was sent.
    We do not access your friends list, your profile or any data outside your conversation with the Page.

2. How we use data

We use the data only to reply to you: understand the question, find the product you asked about, send a link to it, avoid duplicate replies and fix errors.

We do not sell or rent data. We do not use it for targeted advertising or to train AI models.

3. Service providers

  • Meta Platforms (Facebook, Messenger): where the comments and messages take place.
  • Cloudflare: hosts the website and stores SamChatbot records (Cloudflare Workers, D1).
  • AI provider (PremiumShop API gateway to large language models): receives the comment or message text, display name and photos you sent in order to draft a reply. It does not receive your Facebook ID.
  • Google (Gmail): receives support email.
  • Shopee: when you open a product link, Shopee processes data under its own policy. Links may be affiliate links (see Terms).

We share data with no one else unless the law requires it.

4. Retention

  • SamChatbot records (your text, our reply, your display name) are deleted automatically after 30 days.
  • Support email is kept as long as needed to help you. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
  • Server technical logs follow Cloudflare's default retention.
  • Comments and messages on Facebook are stored by Meta. You can delete your own comments on Facebook.

5. Your rights and data deletion

You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it. Email hotro@sammedia.page. Deletion steps are on the Data deletion instructions page.

6. Security

All connections use HTTPS. Facebook Page access tokens and API keys are stored as encrypted secrets on Cloudflare, available only to the operator.

7. Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 13. If we learn we received data from a child under 13, we delete it.

8. Changes

When this policy changes, we update the effective date at the top of this page.
