Trang này hướng dẫn cách xoá dữ liệu SamMedia và SamChatbot đang giữ về bạn.

SamChatbot không dùng "Đăng nhập bằng Facebook", nên bạn không cấp quyền gì cho ứng dụng và không cần gỡ ứng dụng. Dữ liệu chỉ có khi bạn bình luận hoặc nhắn tin cho trang Facebook do SamMedia quản lý.

Cách yêu cầu xoá

Gửi thư tới hotro@sammedia.page với tiêu đề "Xoá dữ liệu".
Trong thư, ghi tên Facebook của bạn và tên trang bạn đã bình luận hoặc nhắn tin. Nếu có, kèm link bình luận hoặc ảnh chụp cuộc trò chuyện để chúng tôi tìm nhanh hơn.
Trong vòng 7 ngày, chúng tôi xoá dữ liệu và trả lời thư để xác nhận.

Những gì được xoá

Mọi bản ghi của SamChatbot về bạn: tên hiển thị, nội dung bạn gửi và câu trả lời của trang.
Thư hỗ trợ của bạn, nếu bạn yêu cầu.
Câu trả lời của trang dưới bình luận của bạn trên Facebook, nếu bạn yêu cầu.

Không cần yêu cầu vẫn tự xoá

Bản ghi của SamChatbot tự xoá sau 30 ngày. Bình luận của chính bạn trên Facebook thì bạn có thể tự xoá bất cứ lúc nào. Tin nhắn trong Messenger do Meta lưu theo chính sách của Meta.

Data deletion instructions

Effective October 21, 2026

This page explains how to delete the data SamMedia and SamChatbot hold about you.

SamChatbot does not use Facebook Login, so you never grant it any permission and there is nothing to remove from your account. We only have data if you commented on or messaged a Facebook Page managed by SamMedia.

How to request deletion

Email hotro@sammedia.page with the subject "Data deletion".
Include your Facebook name and the name of the Page you commented on or messaged. If you can, add a link to the comment or a screenshot of the chat so we can find it faster.
Within 7 days we delete the data and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

All SamChatbot records about you: display name, what you sent and the Page's replies.
Your support emails, if you ask.
The Page's replies under your comments on Facebook, if you ask.

Automatic deletion

SamChatbot records are deleted automatically after 30 days. You can delete your own Facebook comments at any time. Messenger messages are stored by Meta under Meta's policy.
